The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for picking up and delivering media to professional offices around the DC metro area or arranging pickups and shipments. The CSR will also assist with managing the media tracking system and intake of new media or preparation of client deliverables. This individual will work closely with the sales team to ensure a positive client experience. In addition to the delivery and media tracking, this person will also assist with any administrative or DC-office related tasks or responsibilities.
This role will report to the Manager of the DC office, currently the Director of Administration at Modus.
Tasks will include:
- Pickup and delivery to professional offices around the DC metro area.
- Scheduling shipments and deliveries
- Managing inventory of office supplies
- Media logging and internal communications
- Ingesting media to or preparing deliverables from a repository following documented processes
- Additional duties around the office as assigned.
